Why I created this program
I’m Dr. Nicole, a Doctor of Physical Therapy and founder of Elevate Physical Therapy Consulting.
After years of working with orthopedic conditions, post-surgical recovery, chronic pain, and low back pain, I saw a gap between traditional rehab and real-life recovery.
