Meet Dr. Nicole Merrifield

When I graduated with my Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2012, I believed all of my education and training would help me fix everyone. But over time, I began to see a gap — especially with chronic low back pain — between traditional rehab and what people actually needed to feel better and return to real life with confidence.

I created this program for people who feel stuck, frustrated, and tired of trying everything without lasting progress. It was inspired not only by my professional experience, but also by the trust my closest family and friends placed in me when they needed support the most. This program is my way of bringing that same help to more people.
